Delivery
Delivery is currently in the UK as standard, and costs £4.95 regardless of weight or size, there is currently free UK delivery for orders over £50. Overseas delivery can be arranged but may be subjected to additional charges - please email for further details.
We generally despatch goods within 5 days of the order being placed but reserve the right to deliver within 21 days, as occasionally products are out of stock. No refund will be given for late delivery before this time period expires. Express delivery can be arranged, please email for further details.
Delivery will be made by Royal Mail recorded delivery and will require a signature on receipt.
Returns Policy
Damaged or faulty products sould be returned within 7 days and we will issue
a full refund. Returns must be received by us within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
If you wish to return a product for any other reason, please return within 21
days. We can offer a credit note to the value of the returned products.
In all cases we strongly advise using Royal Mail Special Delivery
and retain proof of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost
in the post.

Colours
Please be aware that due to the wide variation in colour reproduction on user's
computer systems, colours may vary slightly on your screen to the actual product.
Many of the products featured on the site are natural and therefore their colour and size may vary slightly, they may also stain. Please be aware of this unavoidable problem when ordering as no refund will be given as a result.
